Sorry to hear about your problem. You didn't say what kind of wheelchair van lift it was, so I'll be general. If you had it installed at a certified mobility dealer, they should be able to fix this with technical support from the original lift manufacturer. It's probably a Braun, Ricon or Bruno lift. I don't know where you live, but you can go the NMEDA.org web site and select Find a QAP Dealer (Quality Assurance Program). NMEDA is the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association.
