That really surprised me. And, other than that, how do has the 3.6 H6 treated you.

I've heard or read that some of these actually burn a little oil or at least that's what Consumer Reports said recently. Is that true? When I looked for a CPO car, I originally wanted the H6 - 3.6 engine, but, after test driving the Four with the CVT, I was fine with that. One of the advantages of the H6 is a lot more power, but, you only have five forward speeds.

So, tell me, under what circumstances did this fail and maybe you've got a lot of excessive mileage on your car in just four years. Sounds hard to believe. Maybe you just need a new torque converter. Honestly, I can't see how you would fare better with a manual transmission. I really don't think that the manual is all that good anyway, just my opinion.
